Utah County Arrest Records
An arrest record starts at the moment of arrest. Utah Code Title 77, Chapter 7 sets the arrest rules. The officer fills out a report and brings the person to the Utah County jail. Staff book them in and add their name to the file. The record stays with the Sheriff's Office and goes to the Bureau of Criminal Identification for the state-wide file.
